The Emergency button alerts family contacts you register. It is not a substitute for 911. In life-threatening situations, always dial emergency services first.

3. Account & data

You are responsible for your account, PIN, and the accuracy of medical information you provide. We store your data securely; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are handled per Stripe policy.

5. AI limitations

Our AI companion "Rose" is powered by third-party large language models. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI advice for critical decisions.
